Incarnate Prayer: 

Incarnation means embodiment, enfleshment. What does it mean to pray with the body? How do we pray from our enfleshed experience? Prayer is often taught as a sequence of words or as a one-sided "conversation". How do we go beyond words when we move into a sacred prayer space? The body is a tremendous support for experiencing Spirit!

This form of prayer invites us to experience prayer as God-Being-Us. After all, we are children of God...we the Incarnate Face of God!
