In this episode we speak on women in business, being a successful woman in business means having courage and balance in order to juggle many different hats.

There are so many barriers we face in business, many challenges such as juggling work life, home and family, fear of failing and even sexism.

Only one in five business in the UK are run by a woman, with a fewer female founder's, the pool of women who can provide mentorship to other women is low.

A number of industries are showing trends of a growing female workforce however many are still male dominant.
