Working in the public sector around child welfare, education, and juvenile justice, I witnessed firsthand that "program planning" for kids and families was largely based on white values and beliefs. Much like corporate culture, solutions often stem from white/Christian values and beliefs. It's time to challenge that status quo by transforming inclusive cultures into responsive ones.
