Inclusive Leadership in a Virtual World

When values are clear, they can be a company and leader's greatest asset in building a cohesive, inclusive team. But when values are unclear, they can become weaponized in ways that are destructive to team dynamics. This discussion will share how to go beyond values as a plaque on the wall and use them as a mechanism to create inclusivity and team cohesion. 

Working in the public sector around child welfare, education, and juvenile justice, I witnessed firsthand that "program planning" for kids and families was largely based on white values and beliefs. Much like corporate culture, solutions often stem from white/Christian values and beliefs. It's time to challenge that status quo by transforming inclusive cultures into responsive ones.
