We explore tactics to help reduce the anxiety of getting started with video creation and mention helpful tools that you and your students can use now to create accessible videos. What box do you check for race when you're filling out a form? For many people, there's not necessarily an easy answer. Two or more refers to people who identify as two or more races. We meet with Oakland University student Brian Petty to hear about his personal identity journey and what it means to be two or more.

On this month's episode, we sit down with two student athletes to get their take on what it's like being both a student and athlete at the D1 level. On top of their academic obligations, you'll be surprised to learn how much more time management is need to balance a student athlete schedule. We also discuss implications for learning while on the road, mental well-being, and more of the issues student athletes face while trying to obtain their education.
