Life is not fair at times. We need to roll with the punches at times. 2024 has been a year that I do not want to repeat, full of grief, loss, and heartbreak. I think every person goes through this mental battle in their own head. For me turning 40 had its issues, mostly with current life events and timing of certain things. I have my own struggles with time. Have you felt the same way at any point in your life? 

Deeply sadden by the recent and unexpected passing of my uncle. My thoughts and prayers to everyone who ever suffered loss. May you be blessed with positivity and focus on honoring their life by not embracing the negativity.

Coming to terms with past relationship dramas, how to date in 2022, and developing feelings for a friend. Making a podcast is cheaper than therapy haha. This is by no means advice, but more learn from my mistakes. Life is nothing but a learning experience which we are always learning. As well as healing.

The following above played a fairly big role with epidemiologists understanding human reaction to a pandemic. Today people live in fear of the Corona virus that is currently spreading. My friend and I talk about this indecent, along with articles we read about the current state of the virus. But mostly about video games =p.
