ICC च्या भारतात होणा-या वर्ल्ड कपचं वेळापत्रक जाहीर झालं आहे. दहा शहरांमध्ये मुख्य सामने आणि दोन शहरांमध्ये सराव सामने होणार आहेत. ५ ऑक्टोबरला अहमदाबादमध्ये गतविजेते इंग्लंड आणि न्यूझीलंड यांच्या सामन्याने शुभारंभ होईल. भारत विरूद्ध पाकिस्तान सामना १५ ऑक्टोबरला अहमदाबादमध्ये होणार आहे. मुंबई आणि पुण्याला पाच सामने मिळाले असून नागपूरमध्ये एकही सामना होणार नाहीये. ICC ची मोठी स्पर्धा सात वर्षांनी भारतात होत आहे. दहा संघांच्या स्पर्धेमध्ये प्रत्येक संघ एकमेकांविरूद्ध एकदा खेळून चार संघ उपांत्य फेरीसाठी पात्र ठरतील. 

The much awaited schedule of ICC Cricket World Cup was finally announced in Mumbai. Opening match will take place on 5th October between defending champions England and New Zealand. Final will be played on 19th November. Arch Rivals India-pakistan match will be played on 15 th October. All three important matches are scheduled to be played in Ahemdabad’s Narendra Modi cricket stadium. Main matches will be played across 10 cities and 2 cities will host practice matches. ICC is conducting mega event in India after 7 years. 10 teams will play each other once and best 4 teams will be qualified for Semi Finals.
