From Indie Week 2022, we share Darryl Hurs’ fun and revealing conversation with multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer Todd Kerns. One of the nicest guys in rock, Todd is currently most noted for being the bass player and back-up singer in “Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators” and for being the frontman of classic ‘90s rockers The Age of Electric. While touring the world, playing to sold out audiences, he’s shared stages with some of rocks biggest names, including some of his own personal heroes. These include Slash, Lemmy, Alice Cooper, Rick Nielsen, Duff McKagan, Adam Levine, Fergie, Bill Murray, Sammy Hagar, Michael Mon roe and Sylvain Sylvain to name a few.
In this conversation, hear stories from the days of Age of Electric, meeting and joining Slash's band, moving to L.A., building a lasting career as a hired gun, and a lot more.
