Another great crowded hour of ripper Oz Rock with Ange to enjoy. We are starting way back in the 50s with the king of Oz Rock n Roll, JO'K then onto some cracking 60s rock from the Easybeats, the Twilights and Missing Links. We play plenty of smashingly good Aussie Rock from across the decades including Falling Joys, Warumpi Band, Painters and Dockers, Icecream Hands, Rocket Science, Eskimo Joe, Ed Kuepper and finish with some recent releases from The Terrys and Alex Lahey. Oh my wordy lordy, so much good music in this latest Oz Rock Hour Show!

Today we venture into the world of Psychedelic rock which is a genre centred on perception altering hallucinogenic drugs used to develop music themes.

It's time for my Mid-Year Report Card - the tunes and artists whose work has really resonated in the first half of 2025. There are some brand new faves like Skeleten, Daily Toll, Everyone Says Hi, Bones and Jones, Wishy, Eggy, N NAO, Wilding, The Melodrones, lilo and The Tullamarines. Some tried and true like Georgia Knight, Charlie Needs Braces, Throwing Muses, Matt Berninger, Indigo De Souza and Goose. Some familiar faces who have seriously stepped it up of late such as Lotte Gallagher, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers and Ruby Gill. And in there somewhere is my favourite track thus far in 2025!
