It is easily the most misunderstood and undefined role of the Executive Branch. For the past 20 years, the role of the Vice President has grown in stature. Yet, we still wonder at what it means to be the Vice President and if Gov. Sarah Palin not only understands the defined role of the Vice President but is she also qualified to be the Vice President?
