Me, Myself in Moscow and just give a run down of my travel day today and the first ever video version of the podcast.  It was something I have been uncomfortable with up to this point.  I guess I have to just throw caution to the wind in this case and just progress the show to a audio and video version.  Its what all the cool kids are doing.  So if you have ever wanted to see what is going on as I ramble about whatever from a hotel room.  I do not have a perfect studio situation at home but I have it envisioned so its the main reason i have been so hesitant to begin video recording but thanks to my friend Zander for reminding me that we just have to go for it.  Thank you for all the support and please get involved in the show.  Lets hear from you guys out there.     The audio is a little funky because I was just recording through the computer as I forgot my mic cords during the packing portion of my day yesterday.  You guys have a great week and enjoy yourselves out there, its thanksgiving!!  Happy holidays and be nice to each other

Wow what a good time I have with Jaxson in this episode.  We had an eventful friday drive, an even more eventful saturday and worked on a great project together that he is excited about.  Who knew making a pen could provide such great memories.  We also dive deep into the video game stuff because that is what gets his water boiling.  He is an avid video game streamer trying to make a name for himself.   I am behind him every step of the way and look to support him in any way i can.  As the podcast gains popularity I hope to be able to help him add to his following on mixer.   Check him out on TikTok and Instagram as he comes into his own.  I am so proud of the boy he is and the man he will become.

Where do I begin, we decided to do this episode a day later so we could enjoy a night out to dinner without kids and also decent nights sleep and hopefully bring some energy to the show instead of recording late at night.  After the first couple minutes when my energy absolutely left my body for a moment we pick up the pace and have a great conversation about family van camping and how and why we want to do that this next year and a little more about what is going on in our lives at the moment with the businesses and thiings we are working on for 2020.  We also discuss possibly starting to get some guests on the show from the recovery community and going down that road.  I would really like to start doing that to get some different and more diverse perspectives from other people in the community that have changed their lives to inspire and promote the sober lifestyle.  Have a great week, enjoy this episode and be nice!!  Follow us on

Sitting down with Jaxson and discussing the approach to alcohol and drugs in schools these days.  Not the most appetizing topic however it is one that should be discussed with our kids in hopes of guiding them and educating them to the fact that it is prevalent in schools as they get older.  It can be a difficult thing for kids to navigate with the peer pressure and now the added pressure that comes from social media and everything that they are already trying to deal with like growing up.  We also discuss a little video game and soccer stuff.  Thank you so much for the support and allowing us the opportunity to share our lives and lessons along the way.  Have a great week and be nice!!

Coming to you from Istanbult, Turkey recording a late one after an excruciatingly long travel day.  However the commitment to you guys and myself is saturday night release and I have only missed that one time and I am not going to make it a habit.  Discuss the most recent blog post and what is really going on with motivational videos and speakers and also touch on the direction this podcast will take in the future.  Not sure if it needs to be renamed or how we will do that but I discuss where I want to go with it and how i want to influence and help people take control of their lives to experience the same uplifting feelings i have each and every day.  How much i have changed and how motivated i am to continue that change and help as many people as i can along the way.  Let's get it done.  You guys have a great week and be nice to each other.  It's 2:30 am here so I gotta get some rest and get out for a run in the morning.  You all enjoy your week!!

All by myself and completely unprepared but through the concept of practice makes better I will have a go at this podcast.  Come along with me as I fumble through my words on my way to a huge congratulations to a human accomplishment that happened today somewhere in Austria.  Absolutely stunning human athletic accomplishment, proving that the human spirit is alive and kicking.   Also a message to parents: PSA keep your mouth shut please, it's embarassing to listen to, and a poor display of leadership for your kid.  Other than that lets enjoy the week and feel good about all we accomplished this week.  And if you didn't take any steps towards your goal then tomorrow is a good day to start.  Let's put ourselves first and strive towards making our lives better each and every day.

My wife Sarah and I discuss our super saturday.  We were entertained with a super saturday event from Isagenix and were inspired and motivated to really focus on the business and the products.  I was inspired so much and really convinced that this is the freedom that i was waiting for.  I don't know what made the final decision, but in the end it all comes down to wanting to live that best life.  Please enjoy this episode as much as we did creating it.  We had so much fun and it was an absolute blast.  Sarah was even excited as well, so I can say we are definitely going in the right direction.  Have a great week and be NICE!!

London calling.......recorded this episode from the sweetest digs here at the marriott hotel in london and seemed like i had a ton of energy and inspiration to share with everyone out there.  Not sure where it all came from and how i ended up on the topic of just get started but after a week of self doubt and a pushing past that and realizing I am doing something that makes me happy and that i enjoy i should share and spread that message.  I listen to a lot of podcasts, and follow a lot of people who live creative lives and just look on in amazement but at the same time they are providing you the blueprint to do whatever it is that you want to do.  I know it is difficult to start and you think that people will judge you or think that you are crazy but your only crazy if you don't do it.  It doesn't matter what is said or thought, what you have to keep in mind that its for you, your doing this because it makes you happy and you enjoy it.  Now get started and please let me know how i can follow along in your journey or how i can help.  Find me and reach out or tag me or whatever, lets all do it together.  We can support each other on such a level that everyone can be successful.
