most of the mistakes we have made wasn't because someone had a gun to our heads to do it...now listen to me elaborate . 

the road to recovery is hard for a reason, its a road full of lessons ..without lessons how are we supposed to learn?

don't be discouraged by the lessons embrace them.

We can be more than what our environment provided us with to become.

we can be more..its just up to us to make that decision.
