Steroids in sports has become such a huge topic predominantly since Lance Armstrong was stripped off his 7 Tour de France titles, since then we have seen controversy around Steroids in sports as well as whole country being banned due to them.

CBD in the last few years has boomed in the fitness industry with near enough every influencer being sponsored by a CBD Company.   

Tris & Ben go through their own experiences of using it as well as the research they have looked into to get an idea of what benefits CBD could have on the body & mind. As well as implications you need to think about before adding this to you life.   

They also touch on the controversy around Cannabis in sports where current fastest women on earth was banned from the Tokyo Olympics for testing positive and admitting to smoking cannabis in the wake of her mothers death.
