Charles Arthur “Pretty Boy” Floyd was an American bank robber, infamous for operating mainly in the central and western states. Gaining notoriety for ridding people of their debts, he was often seen in a more positive light. In the end, Floyd would become “Public Enemy No. 1”, and would be shot down in a hail of bullets. But was this notorious outlaw a criminal or product of his times?
