You gotta love a roguelike deckbuilder. It's the peanutbutter and chocolate of genres. The randomness and run-to-run differentiation, with the short-loop tactics of building a deck. It's so good together!

Except sometimes you get a peanutbutter guy and then spend the next ten minutes looking for mr. chocolate until you hit the big ugly jelly boss and he blaps you back to the goddamn home screen. 

I'm not mad. I'm not mad! Don't let them tell you I'm mad. This game is too cute for that.

I'm not sure there's a bigger divide between reality and their fictional representation than when it comes to tunnel boring machines. In reality, they're huge, complicated machines that move maybe a few dozen meters a day. In fiction, you get a little drill and you can just DIG BABEY DIGGGGG and don't even think about asking where all the dug dirt goes. We are too busy shooting off into space here!
