Story
Our D&D adventure begins as we meet Chad Blazer– a human paladin ‘jock’ who is determined to bring magic users to justice; Merrielle Blazer – Chad’s half-elf cousin who is a ranger and adores bugs and her pet rat; and Bo Vine –who is a hill dwarf cow-milker-cum-cleric who worships Mithras, the god of justice…and cattle.
Chad, Merrielle and Bo find themselves in a compromising position in a forest not far from the city Kurusa after an unexpected encounter. Something about a man in a crimson coat?
An innkeeper in a nearby town, Gary, provides tablecloths and warmth until the Mayor arrives. The Mayor tells them how a Highwayman has driven all business away from the town. The gang a.k.a The Merry Few, are hired as mercenaries in order to ‘deal’ with the Highwayman in exchange for sick weapons, ‘ice-cold brewskies’ and a tour of an ants’ nest.
The party discusses plans of varying feasibility and set off to deal righteous justice.
