  • Into the Looking Glass: A Journey through the Absurdia System

Welcome to a special episode recorded during the host's birthday weekend! This time, we're diving into a spiritual successor of a game that left room for improvement, using the Absurdia system. Imagine "Welcome to Night Vale" in a tabletop format with a twist of Powered by the Apocalypse. Our host promises a unique spin, focusing solely on the player's agenda and basic moves, eliminating factions for a more streamlined experience.

Meet our first three travelers: Seren Morgenstern, based on SCP-7090, a diligent college student with a galaxy in her brain; Dr. Maximilian Corvinus Craven, a neuroscientist inspired by SCP-049, obsessed with the afterlife; and Robert Shetford, adapted from SCP-014, cursed to live forever while turning into concrete.

Follow their surreal journeys as they navigate through bizarre landscapes, encounter peculiar characters, and unravel mysteries. Seren finds herself in a strange banquet with a ghoul queen, Maximilian confronts the Scarlet King in a mall of memories, and Robert runs from a house of puppet horrors only to rediscover tea time with the Mad Hatter.

Each traveler gains a unique companion—Seren has a baby Bandersnatch, Maximilian a porcelain cat, and Robert the Dormouse and the Hatter. Their adventures are just beginning, promising more excitement and intrigue in future episodes.
