WOW what an episode - Josh gave so much value within this hour its insane.
We spoke through so much. Our focus started with better understanding your relationship with food from Sociological, Physiological and Psychological view points and discussing how you have control with that relationship. A healthy diet is so much more than just consuming foods we deem as healthy. Josh provides a great way of analysing your diet in a quadrant style.
We then had a few questions around fasting, training, dietary fats and women in strength training. This was one of my favourite questions and common myths we spoke about - how women shouldn't be concerned with getting too bulky when weight training because the benefits far far out weigh the perceived negatives.
Josh has a great no bullshit, science approach to coaching and training and gave so many valuable examples throughout this episode.
