I went on a trip to London to record this podcast. James Smith is someone I respect hugely in the industry, he cares a huge amount about his clients and the standard of his service to them. We hardly get chance to catch up so it was really enjoyable to chat on this podcast. I left the structure quite lose and our main topics are:

We crossed over slightly and repeatedly came back to avoiding the YOYO mentality. Instead picking one target to change or one habit to add, working on that first and then adding more from there. Controlling the controllables too was a huge focus.
