In this episode I introduce both the Podcast, its origin and myself and the background I have that has lead to me to my current position within the fitness industry today.
The first 3 minutes I discuss my degree, football and briefly outline the injury that lead to the end of my Military career.
In the final 3 minutes I discuss what #InfinitePotential means and why it is the bedrock to how I run Willis Fitness. As with Willis Fitness my 3 pillars are Empowerment, Education and Enjoyment and I want you to gain exactly that from the Infinite Potential Podcast.
