Chicken pulled XCOM out of his unplayed game pile for streaming this week. Things went great once he got a character and named her after Grif. Turns out Grif's a beast (just like in real life)! Too bad the rest of his squad aren't as good as Grif. Things take an interesting turn when Chicken let the Twitch chat start naming the new squad members. Grif's been pretty busy. She read Ready Player One (and you should too!), started Just Cause 2, slogged through more Assassin's Creed Rogue, finished her Saints Row IV Let's Play, and started Silent Hill Downpour. Our hosts talk about possible Halloween plans. Maybe some multiplayer spooky hide and seek via Damned! Halo 5's ending is already online as some copies made their way out of stores weeks before the launch. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 let's players skip straight to the end of the game if they want. This week Chicken talks League of Legends and their Worlds tournament. The guys bring Grif into the world of ARK. She's not having the easiest time so everyone theorizes on how to help her. Oak picked up The Uncharted Collection this week. He then promptly lost track of time and stayed up playing until the wee hours of the morning. Speaking of having issues, Grif started Assassin's Creed Rogue and then immediate got stuck with a bug. Awesome. Our hosts discuss ideas for Halloween streams and Grif agrees to pick up SOMA for the event. Ubisoft announced Far Cry Primal with a ridiculously long and pointless stream. This week Grif & Chicken are finally back home! Baka still hasn't managed to become the illusive Big Foot in GTA V, though he has been keeping himself occupied by attempting to steal a jet. While he isn't attempting to become Big Foot, Baka kept things afloat on ARK. Oak finished Until Dawn and started Mad Max. Talk about a change of pace! Grif and Chicken taught one of their friends how to play Munchkin while they were out of town. The news was a bit slow, but our hosts still find plenty to talk about. Rollercoaster Tycoon World gets a release date. Microsoft purchased the Havok engine. The debate about whether on not Steam Machines/ Steam Boxes are actually worth buying continues. Everyone talks about games they're looking forward to and how much time they expect to spend in certain games. Square Enix has decided not to move ahead with the weird Deus Ex Augment Your Preorder promotion after much flack from fans. Ubisoft announced AC Syndicate will have microtransactions. Even though Grif and Chicken are out of town, they still manage to show up for the podcast! Baka is working toward being Big Foot in GTA V. Oak has been playing lots of FIFA16! Our hosts stumble upon a game called Rinse and Repeat. Is it art? The game's creator thinks so. He's pretty upset that the game's been banned from Twitch because of all of the nudity as really odd shower scenes. Actually, that's the whole game. Showers. Weird. Grif and Chicken talk returning to Sunset Overdrive. Bethesda revealed Fallout 4's file size for the XB1 and it's pleasantly small! PS4 is getting a real Twitch app soon. CoD: Black Ops 3 is cutting out the campaign for last gen consoles and offering a small price break because of it. While there is a bit of negative talk about Destiny, our hosts do share a bunch of positive things about the game as well! Pay-To-Win ruins otherwise good games which Chicken and Baka talk about in relation to APB. Everyone's working on VR, but is it the right time? Voice actors are getting a raw deal within the industry and now they're voting to strike. Grif explains what's going on and Oak tries to play devil's advocate about the subject.
