On their continued quest to locate and vanquish Vestrath, the heroes make their way to the Ebon Sanctum, a mysterious floating tower which will require all of their wit and determination, and a lot of blood to breach.

Galen dooms himself inside the Demon Gate, but not before receiving a foreboding prophecy. We soon discover that it is the first of many omens.

The Bards, all in mourning, meet a new ally on the city docks. After searching for clues about the demon cult, they find a strange fleshy opening into the ground...and go in.

With a massive object made of shadows descending towards Tabonry, the heroes brace to defend the city. The darkness falls over the First Temple of Kerahell.

In a struggle of life and death, the heroes battle Old Mother and the follower's of Vestrath, and deal with he aftermath... and the bodies.

A demon is going to be summoned into Tabonry at midnight. As time runs out, Agiri is given forbidden knowledge, Hemlock forms an unexpected alliance, and Jericho finds love in all the wrong places.

The heroes are driven to investigate the assassination of Mayor Hale in order to clear Hemlock's name. But in their search for the smoking gun, they lose sight of the bigger picture and are harshly reminded of how dangerous the streets of Tabonry can be.

The heroes go back to the bugs. They came, they saw, they kicked their ass. They also get involved with some political dances and dealt with being framed for a grievous crime.
