The difference between seeing the spice that adds flavor to life and not is: Progress.

Are you growing, learning, building, becoming? Or are you wallowing, numbing, shriveling and stagnating?

Progress doesn't need to be huge leaps to lend you some of that spice either.

If you don't completely love or hate something you may keep doing it just because, but if you paid more attention then maybe you could save yourself some effort by only doing those things you actually cared about given the choice.

We forget ourselves sometimes. So then we remind ourselves again, only to forget once more. If we turn those reminders into habits then we can find that harmony we need.

Being full of balance, calmness and drive sure beats being full of yourself.

Just like you can be too mean you can also be too nice. Find the balance.

Hoping is not the same as having, but if you imagine the practical implications that actually having what you want represents then you can solidify and add reality to your once idle hopes. Then you'll know if they're worth the pursuit.

Balance, Forgiveness and Gratitude can steel you against those who try to poison you with their fear in the name of preparing you for disappointment.

Extremes of emotion, like Rage, Glee and Grief, may have their place in moderation, but they still need regulation.

Strike a balance between loving yourself and loving others or you could lose yourself in the extremes.

Creativity is not the same as Artistic, but rather it is Problem Solving.
