This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses Karma and Dharma. Karma is the principle that every action has a consequence – what you put out into the world energetically returns to you, whether instantly or across lifetimes. Actions rooted in the ego or the I generate karmic baggage, which accumulates as distorted consciousness and energy, limiting one’s freedom and access to pleasure, love, intimacy, and joy. Dharma, often misunderstood as a job or role, is actually your spiritual purpose – how you align with universal consciousness and contribute to the evolution of life. Everyone shares a collective Dharma: the journey toward self-realization. While many jobs may not support Dharma directly, it can still be expressed through relationships, presence, and inner alignment. As we move forward, there is growing potential for people to recognize, align with, and embody their true Dharma more fully.
The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. If you would like to learn more about Keith Sherwood’s work, please contact us at [email protected] for further information.
