How to:
- sit crosslegged directly opposite a person. Put one hand on your heart, one hand on your sacral chakra and together do some breaths in with the nose, out through the mouth - ahhhhh if you feel called to. Imagine your heart opening and growing bigger.
- Then, when you're ready you rest your hands on the other persons knees and their hands on your knees. Then you each stare into the others left eye for 3 or 5 mins minutes. And just experience the experience in silence...allow whatever emotions come up to come up and flow.

Visualizing how much money you want to make-have.
When you want to manifest something, money, think of why do you want it, feel into the why, have a why, its more powerful. In our dna, there is struggle worry energy attached to money, get curious when you hold a dollar bill, what are the feelings coming up in you? That’s their story, that doesn’t have to be reality. It is an energy like any other, let it free.
Every day 20 minutes energetically feel into your goals.
Feel into an energy for 20 min a day, you are that energy so you’re just going to start feeling that. How i’m going to feel going to the toilet in that house.
It’s joy, it is the feeling of joy, if your body is feeling open, when you think of the thing you want to manifest, and the body is like ‘oh i like sitting in this!’ or if it's a job, feeling joy, at that desk, how do you want to feel? It will start to happen, materialize
