On this episode, I chat with dear friend and fellow Psychotherapist Amy Gartenberg about dreams that tie in with parts of self, including the inner child, through the lens of IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy). We expand this to an exploration of creativity as an expression of these parts, and a window into their health and functioning.
