“I felt like healing was happening within. ”
“The Bach flower remedies Arty recommended for my particular needs I felt really helped. I felt the tincture strengthened me. I can only describe it as if dots within were getting connected. It’s so hard to accurately describe subtle healing, but I felt like healing was happening within.” ~Dee (Teacher)

With spring, we have new beginnings and a new series of this podcast Be to Blossom. In this episode of Positive Harmony, I interview Stefan Ball, the Director of the Bach Centre who has written many books on the Bach Flower Remedies. This was recorded awhile ago, yet the wisdom shared is evergreen.
I start by talking about the state of being and how it activates our soothing emotional regulation system which is vital to blossom. In the interview with Stefan, we speak about his books, metamood, different remedies, hornbeam for the monday morning feeling, impatiens for patient, beech for intolerance, chestnut bud for learning from mistakes, we discuss various different metaphors, how the Bach Flower system is simple but it is humans that are complicated and we end with Stefan sharing three tips on how the remedies empower us to cultivate positive harmony in our lives.
