Dr. Claudia C is a public speaking coach for women. Her true passion is getting women to speak, find, nurture, own and share their true voice with the world.
Claudia describes a type of fear that holds women back from showing up completely when they take the stage. She explains that it's deeper than stage fright, it's an ancient fear that can been seen throughout history and manifests itself in a physical reaction.
She shares her insights on why a lot of women lean backwards when they are speaking from the stage, and gives a few small tips to help with that. In contrast, she describes what a confident woman looks like on stage, and what might be going through her mind as she delivers her message.
Claudia refers to agency, which is another way of saying power, and how a woman can gain more of it, and respect herself more, regardless of what's happening within her surroundings or situation. She and Dana also talk about the women in history, and how they've had a much shorter time span operating within positions of power.
She crosses her fingers to the birth of a new era as women begin to come to the forefront about their experiences. She also talks about channeling source, and shares a few playful tips that can make a huge difference in stage confidence, and body connectivity.
Claudia ends the show with her thoughts on the societal dialogue toward women, and what needs to change, and leaves off with a few poses and stage tips to help with appearing and feeling more confident on stage.

Julie Ward is an intimacy and relationship coach. Her main focus is on the masculine and feminine energies and how to marry the two, and potentially re-scripting them to be more benevolent and kind in order to have more fulfilling relationships and a more fulfilling life in itself.
She takes some time to describe pure consciousness, and how it relates to masculine energy. She explains that masculine is the thinker, the action taker, the doer. She also breaks down how feminine energy works, and the role it plays within a person as a creative, formless energy that is so powerful. Julie also talks about the energy spectrum, and the unfavorable things that occur at either end of it.
Julie shares a few short exercises she uses with clients in order to identify values and beliefs within yourself that you stand for. She also talks about how knowing what you dislike about the masculine or feminine can actually be used to identify what you wish to have more of within your life.
She also explains light and dark energy, and how both need to be experiences, embraced and allowed to exist without judgment in order to complete the individual. Every person on earth is comprised of both light and dark energies, and they both play a large and necessary role.

In this episode of the Inner Dominatrix Podcast, Dana answers a question from her Facebook Group: Access Your Inner Dominatrix.
The person wrote “I recently started a program and enrolled 5 people. This isn't the most expensive service I offer, but they've all paid and said they are committed. Now 3 of the people are showing up, making the effort, meeting the accountability portion and 2 are not. Those 2 have me anxious and stressed out because I want them to have results, but it seems like I want it for them more than they do. Any tips?”
Dana shares some of the advice given within the group, and then personalizes it for the specific listener who wrote in. Dana has the benefit of knowing the listener's past struggles with clients, and is more than willing to expand upon it and give her own insights and ideas to help move the listener beyond what they are experiencing.
“Often times when we put our rates up, people are more accountable and more committed”
“What are you putting on you, that is actually about your clients?”
“The problem is that you didn't implement”
“When we hold people accountable, it is not comfortable”
“Most of us are pain avoiders”

Tim Packer knew he wanted to be an artist from a young age, and took commercial art and graphic design in school. He starved as a designer for a little while before taking a completely different path. After a tragic situation, he woke up to the fact that he wouldn't have forever to pursue his dream of being an artist, so he doubled down and figured out what it takes to make it as an artist. He's experienced success and wants to pay it forward to other artists who are trying to find their sweet spot.
He explains the journey from starving, to joining the police force, and then painting full time. He describes a conversation that he and his wife had that inspired him to pursue art full time.
He talks about talent and how he had to learn social media marketing and YouTube in much the same way someone learns to paint: mastery over time. He also shares that while he was learning these, he realized that paying it forward to other artists felt like the right thing to do.
Finally he describes the various things he's done to blow up over social media, and how a lot of this stuff just took hard work and implementation. He also talks about pricing and why things cost what they do, and who will get the most out of it.
Quotes
"Talent is overrated"
"5 or 6 conversations I've had have changed my life"
"Extreme talent isn't something you're given, it's something you acquire"
"If you build it, they won't come, because they gotta know you're there"
"You want to be able to get up every day, go into the studio and create"
"The only thing that rises to the top is quality of content"
