Meditation for Radical Cord Cutting
Do you want to free your energy from etheric entanglements? Complicated relationship dynamics?
Clairvoyants can check if you have an etheric or energy cord with a person. Though some also have too much attachment to an object, place or home. They cling. When we cling emotionally, it shows up energetically as an etheric cord.
Traditional healing practices have so many complicated Cord Cutting procedures and techniques which are ultimately ineffective. Why? Because if you are emotionally attached to a person, be it through hate, fear or lust (राग, द्वेष..) you will have an etheric cord with the person, no matter how many times you do cord-cutting sessions. An etheric or energetic cord can form within minutes when we think about a person strongly.
The solution? First, do Emotional Healing (Inner Child Healing) - clear all emotional baggage, pent-up emotions, unexpressed words, emotions and sentiments. Sometimes Shadow Work is also required.
Follow it up with Karmic Healing - Make sure you both don't have any karmic baggage from a past life. That is the primary we have a strong bond with someone. Some unfinished business from the past. Finally, when you have dropped all grudges, animosity and revengefulness, you are ready to take the next step towards radical freedom. Only then we can use our personal grace and prayer in this radical cord-cutting exercise.

When you love yourself, everything in your life flourishes.
Self love is first SELF-ACCEPTANCE, that means accepting all that you are. All the flaws, shortcomings and misgivings. And then comes SELF-CARE that means making caring choices on your behalf for your emotional, physical, spiritual and even financial well-being. No sphere of your life is less important for the Universe. It wants to shine it's light equally on all parts. And how? Through your own light - your attention, your love and yes your care.
Believe me, the only divine you will ever find will be within you! So know that you are SACRED, whether you realise it already or may realise some day. You already are the light of the world. So please SHINE, and shine more. Universe will forever be in gratitude for it.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is often caused by anxiety and stressful life, and unexpressed emotions, especially dissent and irritation. We store all these pent-up feelings and emotions in our Gut. It is lesser know fact that it i our second mind, which use more than the brain - connected via vagus nerve.
