Inner Monologues

Welcome to the Inner Monologues podcast! We're two friends living across the globe from each other and we love to talk about books. We're so excited to have you join us in our bookish discussions.

In the first episode, Boriana and Jade dive into the first two books of the Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros. We gush over Violet and Xaden, and grumble about a few things like one grumpy dragon we all know and love. We take an overall look at the series so far, share our thoughts, feelings and vibes, and of course some of our favourite theories. So, grab your copies of Fourth Wing and Iron Flame and follow along.

**Spoiler Alert** There are major spoilers for both books, as well as minor spoilers for the SJM universe.

Special shoutout to @ceartguleabhar on TikTok, who is a native Gaelic speaker. Her videos helped us immensely with understanding the Gaelic of it all as we stumbled our way through the characters’ pronunciations.
