In this episode I reflect on the growth over the past year and identified the root cause for most issues… Codependency… Now that I see where the issues stem from and that I am in control… I encourage you to do the same and lay out some very helpful things along the way for me. Today I share some post Detox reflections, lessons learned and encouragements to do conduct one.

Over time we have ingested / accumulated many toxic thoughts and elements in to the mind, body and spirit. They have produced byproducts which are indicators of poor health in all 3 dimensions. Today we will sort through these accumulations and take inventory in order to begin the detoxification process.

The Preformed ideas we have about life situations and relationships. This has lead us down this path of “Great Expectations”. This leads to disappointment, disillusionment and unfulfillment… Today we discuss sorting through all of this to gain clarity.
