During my sabbatical, I took space to look at my routines. I was supported through the Slow in Seven program, and aligning with my human design variables courtesy of my color palette reading from the fabulous Vaness Henry . It's a magical experiment – let's dive in.

The environments that we are in day-to-day – whether it's our home, virtual offices, or places we frequent – have a massive impact on our energy, mental health, and physical wellbeing. Yet we often miss the signs until our bodies force us to stop. In this episode, I talk about how I began to recognize that I needed to change my environment and why I decided it was time to slow down.
