In this episode, I cover how to continue working through our 'stuff' in order to ultimately be more balanced in a very overstimulated and overstimulating world!  toward being our personal best.  Today's topic, among others:  the disconnection of treating people like ants, the importance of connecting with God / Universal Energy (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR HSP'S) to help work through our hardships and fears!  I also talk about taking time to clear our minds, which I think is important across the board, but it's of particular importance for HSP's.
   
I talk about astrological happenings (Moon, Saturn, Mars, Pluto, and Capricorn stuffs), and what we can focus on / how we can use it all in positive ways. 

I end the episode by pulling and interpreting a card from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today the card was Inner Voice / The High Priestess!
