Easiest thing in the world to do is to remain frustrated and keep telling everybody how frustrating it is that the world is not changing to be the way you wanted to be all the environment is going down this the tubes or something cost too much or artificial intelligence is going to steal your job or your boss is not the way you want. And this frustration to go on and on for the entirety of your life. Frustrated people die young and they die miserable. It's very important to recognise the symptoms of frustration but it's more important to realise that if you stay frustrated it's a choice you made and it's killing you.
