Cole Caufield set a Montreal franchise record with his 11th career overtime goal, leading the Canadiens to a 4-3 win over the Seattle Kraken last night after Montreal blew a 3-0 lead midway through the third period. Caufield, who had two goals and an assist, moved into a tie for the NHL lead with his ninth goal of the season.

The Habs lead the NHL's Atlantic division with 16 points and are tied for the conference lead in points with New Jersey and Pittsburgh and two teams in the West, Utah and Colorado are also on 16 points.
