(KCTV) - A second member of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club, a gang based in the metro, has pleaded guilty to a brutal attack in the Northland.The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri announced on Tuesday, Sept. 9, that Mark A. Crump, a.k.a. “Navajo,” 55, of Lee’s Summit, has pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury in aid of racketeering.Investigators indicated that on July 20, 2023, Crump and Jarrid A. Hammer, another member of the Pagans’ Motorcycle Club, attacked a lone member of a rival gang at a bar and grill in North Kansas City.

NEWALBANY, Ind. (WAVE) – A New Albany business owner has been arrestedfor two charges of complicity to commit murder in connection with ashooting in New Albany back in May.

HenryBachmann was arrested after warrants were executed at businesses heowned in the area.

Theshooting incident occurred back on May 13, 2025.

Officerswere called to the area of Bank Street near the Underground Stationon a run about possible shots fired. Officers found evidence thatmultiple shots had been fired from a vehicle that was parked on BankStreet in the direction of the Underground Station.

Laneis the least of six Pagan Motorcycle Club members who were charged inthe 2022 shooting death of Henry Silver in the Marion Countycommunity of Carolina. Silver was targeted after the club learned hewas romantically involved with the girlfriend of member John Wole whohas been convicted of first degree murder.

Lanewas charged in 2024 after testimony during the Wolfe trial implicatedhim.

Itwas confirmed that Lane held a leadership position in the club andwas in contact with other Pagan members around the time of themurder. But, his cellphone location did not put him near the murderscene.

Theruling means Lane could be back in court if the charges are refiled,he could be offered a plea deal, or the charges could be dismissed.

I will be breaking down two videos oftwo separate incidences where two separate members of the pagansmotorcycle club were confronted by non patch holders. All this wascaught on camera. Was it weakness or was it smart of the members towalk away because they were being filmed. On one hand I say it wassmart, especially when being recorded. On the other hand it does givethe Pagans MC a bad look. What say you?

Manymotorcyclists of the Vagos Motorcycle Club were riding through theVal Verde area and apparently flying their colors Saturday afternoon,Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials said. 

Accordingto Deputy Villalobos of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station,numerous calls came in about the riders. 

“However,”Villalobos said just before 1 p.m., “they’re not committing anycrimes, so there’s not much we can do. Our hands are tied.” 

There are those who'll tell you thatit's up to you to wear a motorcycle helmet, as it's your right toworry about your own safety. And there's a kernel of truth to thatidea, as I'm not your mother or father. You're an adult, and youshould take care of yourself. 

But here's the real truth, humans are inherently stupid animals,and we do all manner of dumb things all the freakin' time. We can'tleave our phones in a cupholder for a second while driving apotentially idiotic 10,000-pound electric Hummer, for Pete's sake.Why should we then be entrusted with our own safety?

And that's sorta where I'm at in terms of helmet laws, as I'm verymuch for them. Not because I like a nanny state or big government, Ireally don't. But because I'd rather not see my fellow motorcyclistsdie a horribly painful death because they were too freakin' stupid tojust wear a full face helmet while out on the road. I mean, the datasays it all, theyincrease your chances of survival in an accident.

An alleged member of the Outlaws motorcycle club is facing charges for the third time in less than a year after Sarnia police say a man wearing a rival club’s biker support gear was assaulted in a grocery store parking lot.

The incident prompted the city’s deputy police chief to warn the public about the risks of wearing motorcycle club support gear.

A 54-year-old man, who was wearing clothing associated with a biker club, was walking on Exmouth Street near Indian Road in Sarnia on Aug. 8 when an occupant of a passing vehicle identified himself as a member of a different motorcycle club and confronted the pedestrian, police said.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Robert "Bobby" Salazar, known for his namesake Mexican restaurants in Fresno and Clovis, has been arrested on arson and fraud charges, according to federal prosecutors.

Court documents allege Salazar hired a member of a motorcycle gang to set fire to the Bobby Salazar's restaurant on Blackstone Avenue. He was taken into custody just before 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators say the fire that broke out on April 2, 2024, at the Blackstone location was intentionally set. Burned gas cans were found inside the restaurant.
