Welcome to You Might Love This!
For the inaugural episode of our show and tell podcast, we were joined by friend of the show Tracy, who has a wealth of experience with Cosplay, otherwise known as dressing up as your favorite fictional character! Cosplay is a hobby that truly is for everyone, and Tracy has learned a lot in her years of making and wearing costumes that she can't wait to share with you.

All good things must come to an end, but like a phoenix rising from the ashes, You Might Love This, a new podcast project by your hosts Max and Cassie, is debuting soon!
The first proper episode of You Might Love This will debut in this feed tonight - Monday, August 3. After that, all new episodes will be made available in a new feed, so you'll need to resubscribe to "You Might Love This" in your podcatcher of choice once it becomes available.
Thank you to everyone who made Insanely Haunted possible - we aren't going anywhere, and we hope you'll join us on this journey!
We return with an episode recorded what feels like months ago, but was really only a few weeks ago. Our dear friend and Insanely Haunted fan Katie joined us for a trip to a location that thwarted the GAC by.... checks notes making it impossible for outside contamination to give them false positives. Also, we review our favorite niche social media platforms.

Megan and Paige, the Spooky Science Sisters, join us for a very scientific episode! When Zak, Nick, and Aaron visit their most isolated location yet, it turns out that when there is no source of noise pollution, there is no ghost evidence. While it wasn't exciting from a "ghost evidence" perspective, we had a lot of fun.
Our guests are the hosts of a hilarious and informative podcast that we just adore. You can listen to Spooky Science Sisters at https://spookysciencesisters.com/

We're ending our brief hiatus to bring you our take on one of the most misleading episodes of Ghost Adventures yet. Our dear friend Olympia DJ George Collins joins us for a trip to what Zak calls "One of the most historical locations" the crew has ever visited. The whole thing is basically one big commercial for Bill Chappel's ghost-inventor grift, but we grinned and bore it because we love you.

Black Lives Matter Statement - The Scavengers Network
Why is this audio file so long? The time from the last word of the statement to the last second of the track totals 8 minutes and 46 seconds. 8 minutes and 46 seconds doesn't sound like a long time until you are confronted with just how long it can drag on. 8 minutes and 46 seconds is how long it took to end George Floyd's life [https://www.8m46s.com]. At the Scavengers Network, we support the nationwide protests against police brutality; because Black Lives Matter. It is not enough to simply be “not racist”. You must be anti-racist. This is not a matter of “differing politics” nor is it something that is up for debate. This is about human and civil rights. We must make Black voices heard. Amplify and listen to Black voices. We have always been committed to using our platform to raise others up, and do what is right. Please, join us.

This week we end a brief hiatus by celebrating "beautiful" Carmel, Indiana, nearby where Cassie and our guest Tagan once lived. This episode involves a serial murderer, and gives Zak the opportunity to try to play hero.

Ghost towns are popular destinations for shows like Ghost Adventures, but this one has something unusual - it was moved, building by building, to the Santa Clarita Valley. It's sort of a "build-your-own Ghost Town." And also apparently its Docent did some work for NASA. It's one of those episodes.

Here we are on the other side of episode 100, feeling refreshed and renewed and ready to keep you entertained through this extended lockdown! We're joined today by two experts on midwestern hauntings - Cassie's former classmate Izzy and his bf Chuck. Together we figure out what's going on in the Old Licking County Jail, a place that gave Zak and Nick a really good scare, but which Aaron didn't really have any input on whatsoever.
