A few months back I was lucky enough to test ride the CDR Yamaha Monster Energy 2019 Yamaha YZ450F of Kirk Gibbs out at Park 4 MX. It took a while to get this pod done, but here we are! The ride and review of a bike from arguably the most renowned MX1 Factory team in Australian Motocross / Supercross history.

We got the whole crew back together for the final AMX Australian Supercross show of the season, even Geran Stapleton came back into the studio to discuss everything AUS X and the 2019 series. Guests were AME Management's Adam Bailey (promoter of the Aus X Open) and Yarrive Konsky, owner of the Penrite Factory Honda team who just clean swept both titles in this year sx series.

Plenty of laughs and good times in this one as we discuss everything that happened this season.

The Aus X Open preview show was recorded at rhe Epping superstore during the AUS X Open FOX rider signing meet and greet. We had some of the biggest names in the sport in the building and managed to get some time with Craig Dack from CDR Monster Energy Yamaha, Josh Hill, Luke Clout, JH Leale (Ricky Carmichaels business manager) and many more. Due to some technical issues we didn't get Ricky's interview and some of the other riders onto the show, but this one is still a good listen!

The Castrol Oils AUS X Open live pit show was a lot of fun! We were joined by V8 Supercar star Rick Kelly from Castrol Racing and he offers some great insights from the V8 world and his passion for Moto and Supercross! Jack Simpson from Factory Honda off road came by for a chat along with Castrol supported SX Rider Ricky Latimer. We had a good time soaking up the pit party and talking it up with the guests about everything AUS X!

Joe Stevens spent some time in the AME Management offices a few weeks back with Adam Bailey and Ryan Sanderson to talk about the Business side of the Motocross and Motorsports Industries in general. As promoters of the Aus X Open and running a successful Content and Events Agency, the team at AME offer a valued insight into what it takes to succeed in the business side of the sport and tell their own story along the way. Dan Reardon also joins via phone call later in the show to explain how he runs his own venture as an Athlete with sponsors and establishing a strong personal brand.

The first SX Open is done for the season with Auckland in the books and it was a big one!! Joe Stevens and Darnell in studio this week as he get's promoted to co host. We talk everything Auckland, with guests Penrite Factory Honda Racing's Brett Metcalfe after his third overall at Auckland, Yamalube Yamaha's Jay Wilson who took a main event win for the second round in a row and Victorian Privateer and vet rider Justin Carafa comes on to talk about why he's back in Supercross in 2019. We are back from Wollongong with so much to talk about! The racing was intense with so many big results and feel good stories from the nights Triple Crown Format.

Chris Blose from Penrite Factory Honda comes on to talk about his first win of the season and edging closer to the points lead. SX1 privateer and SB Motorsports rider Cody Dyce comes on to talk about his massive performance leading a heat race and finishing third in a main event, basically kick starting his career again after a rough few years. Duncan Hale , Brand Manager at Fly Racing also comes on to talk about FLY being involved in the 2019 TBE Supercross rounds as a sponsor and also helping us out at Inside Dirt to make the SX LIVE shows a reality this year.

The AMX Wollongong live pit show was huge! We set up in the WIN Entertainment centre next door to the stadium, where the pit party had a awesome vibe going on! Wollongong is shaping up to be a huge round for the Australian Supercross series. We have the legend, Robbie Maddison, on the show to talk about his water bike and FMX demo's going on this weekend at round 3, along with a chat about what else he has been up to.

SX2 points leader, Serco Yamaha's Aaron Tanti comes on to talk about his impressive SX season so far battling it out with the American riders.

Raceline KTM Thor's Josh Osby also comes in to talk about his speed and results so far this season. We also have Mark Peterson from TBE events to talk about the two rounds he has promoted so far this season and what we can expect from Wollongong for round 3.

The AMX Aus Sx show Gillman Review show takes on a different form this week as Joe Stevens leaves Monday for a few weeks Holiday, meaning no time for a Monday night review show. So, Joe and Kevin Williams, race director for Supercross from WEM, have a quick recap of the events in the back of a rental car on the way to Adelaide Airport, to talk everything that unfolded at the Gillman Speedway.
