Audiences have been laughing with Kacey Jones for years.  Her latest CD 'Donald Trump's Hair" contains 15 hilarious tracks, mostly written by Kacey herself, including "I wanna Be Up Front Like Dolly."  We caught up with her at a recent show at Nashville's famed Bluebird Cafe.

Country Crossings is soon to be one of the largest country music entertainment extravaganzas in the world.  Phase one is scheduled to be complete in December, but we got a sneek peak at the progress when we flew down to Dothan, Alabama, with George Jones, and Lorrie Morgan to check in with the developer.  Between Country Crossings, a country music-themed  residential commmunity, and Bamajam, Ronnie Gilley has his hands full. It looks like a great destination for the whole family.

Jerrod Neimann is known around town as a very talented songwriter, having written several hits for Garth Brooks among others.  However, the call of the open road and playing all over the country took hold over Jerrod, and now he's performing all over the place.  We caught up with him at the Ryman Auditorium playing with Jamey Johnson and Randy Houser at a benefit for the Opry Trust Fund.

The International Bluegrass Music Association is getting ready for its 20th Annual Awards showat the Ryman Auditorium October 1st. We had a chance to check out the nominees at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and to see who is up for what.

George Strait is one of the most successful country Artists ever. The ACM Artist of The Decade has sold roughly 60 Million albums, and ranks as the tenth best-selling recording artist in the US. He could boost that ranking with the release of his latest album 'Twang.' 'Twang' is George's 26th studio album, and was produced by Tony Brown. You may remember the first single released earlier this year, 'Living For The Night.' which he co-wrote with his son Bubba and Dean Dillon

Randy Houser, has catapulted himself onto the country music charts. A relative unknown a year or so ago, Randy has now had hits like 'Anything Goes,' 'Boots On,' and 'Lie.'  Now riding that success out on tour, we had a chance to catch up with him performing at Nashville's legendary Ryman Auditorium.

Singer Songwriter Brady Seals had it all as part of the group 'Little Texas' in the late Eighties and early Nineties.  Before his 21st birthday, Brady already had three number one hits and several big tours under his belt, but he felt there was more to life than that. He released a couple of solo albums, and even started another group before making his most rewarding album to date "Play Time".

Josh Turner is attuned to the issues and challenges all songwriters face.  As one of the youngest members of the Grand Ole Opry, Josh has sold millions of albums, but he knows that success is all about the songs.  He teamed up with Nashville Songwriters Association International to headline their inaugural 'It All Begins with a Song" Performance Series, and then was presented with a lifetime membership to NSAI for his continued support.
