The Grammy Awards are this weekend, and Dolly Parton’s “Jolene” and Kris Kristofferson’s self-titled debut album are among the recordings to be inducted into the 2014 Grammy Hall of Fame.  The Hall will celebrate its fortieth anniversary with these additions, along with “The Joshua Tree” from U2 and “Honkey Tonk Women” from The Rolling Stones.  A cool collector’s edition book is also available to commemorate the event only at Grammy Store dot com.

Riding high on the success of the number one ‘Hey Girl,’ Billy Currington is ready to hit the road on his ‘We Are Tonight’ tour.  It’s named after Billy’s latest album and current single.  Look for Brett Eldredge and Chase Rice to open when the tour kicks off March sixth in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan are set to return to the stage as co-hosts for the 49th annual ACM Awards.  The show will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas April sixth.  Look for Florida Georgia Line to host the fourth annual ACM Fan Jam from Mandalay Bay.

Now it's time to go Inside The Song.  Jake Owen’s career got started when he signed with RCA in 2006 with the release of ‘Startin’ With Me.’  When his second album was released in 2009, ‘Eight Second Ride’ became one of the top singles off that project.  We had a chance to chat with co-writer Eric Durrance about how that song got started.

The Grascals have been putting out incredible bluegrass music for years, so it’s no surprise they try to push the boundaries with each new project.  “When I Get My Pay” is the latest release from the group, which also features a few special guests, like Dierks Bentley on the track “American Pickers.”  We caught up with the Grascals at the album release party to celebrate that new project

Although Thomas Rhett is still somewhat new to the country music scene, his career is definitely taking off.  His latest single is "Get Me Some Of That"  all about finding tha party.  We had a chance to check in behind the scenes on the set of that new music video.

Justin Moore has a lot to celebrate these days.  The Valory Records artist released his “Off The Beaten Path” album in September, and it didn’t take long for the lead single “Point At You” to take the top spot on the charts, propelling the album also to the top spot on the charts.  We had a chance to catch up with Justin and “Point At You” songwriters Ross Copperman, Ben Hayslip and Rhett Akins at the popular Nashville nightspot The Stage to celebrate that song’s success.

We kick off another Inside Music Row with the mention of the 56th annual Grammy Awards as they are coming up next week.  Look for Jennifer Nettles and Martina McBride to hook up with many other performers to recognize Carole King as the 2014 MusiCares Person of the Year.  We also check out the newly redesigned neon sign on the back side of Tootsie's.  This is the original sign that hung in the alley for nearly 60 years, which saw many Opry stars come through the doors.  Up next is The Nashville Songwriters Association International, as it has set the dates for the annual Tin Pan South.  Look for the festival to run March 25th through the 29th.  Finally, we go Inside the Song with Krystal Keith to hear about her new single "Get Your Redneck On."

Kelly Lynn had a chance to visit a few months ago with The Band Perry and the other songwriters behind their latest number one hit called "Done."  You'll hear all about how this song became the exclamation point on their "Pioneer" album.

The Davisson Brothers are one of the hardest working bands in country music, playing roughly two shows every three days.  They were in town this summer to film parts of their latest music video called "Country Just Like Me," and Kelly Lynn caught up with them on their bus to talk about the video and some of the very special guests that came in for the day.

As a schoolteacher, new artist Elizabeth South has plenty of inspiration to work with when writing new material.  Her biggest hit to date has been a duet with Vince Gill called "I Love You."  Kelly Lynn sat down with Elizabeth this summer to talk about how Cince signed on to the project and her other inspirations in life.
