We kick off another Inside Music Row with the mntion of Dustin Lynch.  Dustin was recently presented an official key to the city to his hometown of Tullahoma, Tennessee after the success of his self-titled album.  Dolly Parton is also in the news as she announced she didn't feel right about moving forward with a new Nashville water park partnered with Gaylord Entertainment.  Amber Hayes is mentioned next as she is excited about her music being included in the family-friendly film "Cowgirls n" Angels" in its release this month on DVD.  The film stars James Cromwell and Bailee Madison and is sold exclusively at Wal-Mart.  The Lucchese boot company is also in the news as they entered the Nashville market in style.  The grand opening celebration was held in the Gulch area of town with Love and Theft and Lee Roy Parnell entertaining the crowd of V.I.P's.  Finally, we go Inside The Song with Elaine and Lee Roy of The Roys to hear about a very special song they wrote with Steve Dean called "Living Scrapbook" which is available on their new album "New Day Dawning."

Pete Kennedy has come to Nashville from his home in Ireland several times pursuing his country music career.  With the amazing studios and musicians, a special sound can be recorded here that just can't be done anywhere else in the world.  Fresh off his Album of the Year award at the British Country Music Awards show last month, Pete came to Nashville again to write and shoot a music video.  We caught up with Pete at a writer's night in town to hear all about his experiences here in Music City.

Jay Allen's music career got a big boost when he kept moving forward on American Idol.  Originally from a farm town in Iowa, Jay now lives in Savannah, georgia, and comes to Nashville quite often for writing sessions and showcases.  We had a chance to catch up with Jay to hear about how his life has changed since Idol.

Florida Georgia Line made a huge splash at this summer's Country Throwdown Tour.  Since our interview with them at the tour here in Nashville, the duo has signed with Big Machine's Republic Nashville label, and their first single is taking off!  We had a chance to check in behind-the-scenes at the music video shoot for their hit "Cruise."

We kick off another Inside Music Row with the mention of Dolly Parton - Dolly will soon be making an apparance at your nearest casino with her very own video slot machine and five-reel spinning reel games.  Martina McBride is up next as she won't will be kicking off her "Joy of Christmas Tour" beginning November 23rd in Atlanta.  Also in the news is The Oak Ridge Boys as they are set to launch a new holiday tour with a Christmas album already available at Cracker Barrel - look for the tour to kick off this November.  Songwriters around the world have an opportunity to compete for an exclusive mentoring session with John Oates and many other prizes in the 2013 Aspen Songwriters Festival.  Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on originality, melody, composition and lyrics.  Finally, we go Inside The Song with Keith Anderson as he talks about a song he wrote with Dallas Davidson and Rhett Atkins called "Puckup Truck."

In the last fifteen years, Buds-N-Suds has grown from a small trubute to a friend to a mjor concert destination.  The annual event has raised over 300-thousand dollars for Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America to help fight the two life-altering diseases and to eventually help find a cure.  We had a chance to check out this year's program to find out how they are making a difference.

We've been following the career of singer-songwriter Chris Janson for a while now.  Of course...with him being married to our very own Kelly Lynn, we've seen a lot of him in the past few years.  Now signed with Bigger Picture Group, Chris is working on a new project, and we had a chance to talk with him about his lie and how that is reflected in his music.

As Billboard's Top New Country Act in 2010, Easton Corbin released his self-titled debut album, which gave hime not one, but two number one hits.  After extensive touring with Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts and Brad Paisley, Easton just put the finishing touches on his sophomore project "All Over The Road."  Kelly Lynn had a chance to catch up with Easton at a party to celebrate that new album's release.  

We kick off another Inside Music Row with the mention of Carrie Underwood - Carrie is donating one dollar from each ticket sold from her "Blown Away Tour" to support the Red Cross disaster relieft.  This donation will help the Red Cross provide shelter, food, and emotional support for those in need after a disaster.  Kenny Rogers is also in the news as fans are now able to witness his rise to fame, detailing his personal highs and lows in his memoir "Luck or Something Like It."  The book is now on sale, and includes special stories you won't hear anywhere else.  Next we mention The Food Network as they have picked up Trisha Yearwood's cooking show for another 13 episode season.  Look for her husband Garth Brooks to join her on one of the shows in the new season which kicks off October 20th.  We also talk about the annual Crokettsville Charity Concert and Trail Ride which former duo Chad Warrix and David Tolliver (Halfway To Hazard) play in their hometown in Kentucky.  The Tennesse Valley Fair in Knoxville, Tennesseee is also in the news as Easton Corbin, David Nail, and Kip Moore performed throughot the week, and Sawyer Brown closed out the two-week run of music, with our very own Madison McKenzie.  Finally, we go Inside The Song with Big Ride Entertainment's Marlee Scott to hear about a special track on her "Beautiful Maybe" album called "Kiss Of Coming Home."

Bucky Covington is excited about his new album "Good Guys," but not just for the normal reasons you might thnk.  Bucky has partnered up with "The Good Guys," an organization providing relief to firefighters and their families who have been injured on the job.  Proceeds from the first week of sales went to help this worthwhile cause.  We had a chance to talk to Bucky about the new music, including the video duet with Shooter Jennings.  Here's Kelly with more.
