We spend some time talking about how many women are present in the illustrations, and why that might be. In today's episode we talk to Megan Cook, professor of English and book historian, as she shares with us Cambridge University Library MS Gg.4.27.1., a 15th century English manuscript that represents one of the earliest attempts to collect Chaucer's complete works. The book had a long history after its creation, and we talk about that as well.
