What's been going on and how it's helping me grow.

While no one is suggesting your drink bleach or Lysol, there are many natural ways to clean yourself out while also potentially preventing illness. Now, I am not a doctor, neither am I trained in herbal medicine.. and you should always make sure any choices are discussed with your personal health practitioner.. but, I can tell you that these options have made a really huge difference in our health. We are healthier as we go through the Covid-19 pandemic than we were before it.

Simple prayer in the Spirit . .

This may be over . . but, from what I'm reading, this will be the new norm, at least from time to time if not permanently. What have we learned from being quarantined at home with family? What if this is long-term??! 😷
