Hello & Welcome to Inside the 18. As many of you know Daryl Grove of the Total Soccer Show has been fighting an ongoing battle with cancer for the past couple years. We are sad to report that Daryl passed away surrounded by loved ones & friends at his home in Richmond Virginia. Details to come but if you want to send your condolences to everyone at TSS you can mail them to their headquarters at 530 East Main Street Suite 912 Richmond VA 23219.

Wanted to take a moment to share how appreciative & honored we are for everything TSS did for Inside the 18. There may not be a podcast if Michael Magid hadn't one day opened up his itunes & stumbled upon TSS on a long commute to a goalkeeper session. Daryl & Taylor showcased that you can educate & entertain & don't have to sacrifice one for the other in the football landscape.

We even had chance to have Daryl on the show in the very early days of I18. That segment is included before our regularly scheduled content, but it is time stamped below as we understand it may be too difficult for some to listen to.

Thank you Daryl for all you've done for the soccer community. Please honor Daryl's memory by paying it forward to all on this wonderful planet :)
