This week, Santa Monica Daily Press Editor Matt Hall sits down with new Santa Monica City Attorney Doug Sloan, who was hired in June after a lengthy search to find a permanent replacement for former City Attorney Lane Dilg. Sloan is an avid cyclist who comes to Santa Monica after 16 years in the Fresno City Attorney's Office.
