I’ve been quiet for a couple weeks, only because i’ve put the mic down, the vlogging camera and the TikToks and picked up my life… what i mean by that is i just spent some weeks focussing on having fun, went to watch Ed Sheeran, went over to Isle of wight for the Isle of wight festival… just had a blast… unfortunately for me i brought back covid with me from IOW so spent the last week feeling a bit poo and with that…. 

My minds been doing what it always does… going deep in thought so i thought in this episode id share with you what iv been thinking about these last few days of sitting around doing nothing….. And that is - ‘Is 19 year old me happy with 35 year old me’

Episode 19 is called…… Blame the government!

Now i'm not a politically oriented person and i'm never going to have a debate about politics but what i want to talk about is something I briefly mentioned in the last podcast where i was talking about not being eligible for certain things the government offers.

This £150 council tax rebate thing to apparently compensate for the increase in energy.. Not sure how that works exactly as my bill has gone up £130 a month but anyway… im not eligible for this new scheme… much like i wasn't eligible for the help others got during lockdown and it made me sour… really bitter and sour and that's what i want to ramble about today.

Its not the government's rules, criteria or whatever that i want to talk about here because that probably opens up a can of worms…. What i want to talk about is how my approach has changed, how many mindset and focus has changed… stepping away from thoughts like ‘oh the government has excluded me’ and focussing more on ‘take control of it Tony’
