I've had a lot of interesting conversations with Dom and Tee. I find most of them provoke a healthy amount of constructive thought whilst delivering educational discussions on social and environmental topics. Daniel Mann is an Australian electrician turned spearfishing/YouTube personality. He takes these insane trips (usually to unbearably cold places) which are very well documented through vlogs on his fast growing YouTube channel. I’d be at Gerard Butler's house and Mel Gibson’s walking up the drive way and I’m like, how is this happening!”  I met Scott about 10 years ago on my first snowboard season in France. He did 10 seasons in total, picking up various sponsors along the way and took third place at the British Championships. “They’ll go armed with sticks, arrows, a couple of shotguns and patrol the areas where they know logging is going on and essentially kick the loggers out. They set fire to the trucks, smash up the equipment and tie up the loggers. They’re not gonna kill them or break their limbs, the aim is to use enough reasonable force to stop them from coming back.” Phil Clark-Hill is a photojournalist that I met in Detroit in 2016. He’s spent a large amount of time working in Latin America for the past 7 years and I managed to catch him briefly before he was headed back to Brazil for another stint of projects. His work has taken him to some incredible places and been featured in various publications and media outlets such as; The Guardian, National Geographic, The BBC and CNN. In this episode we discuss his most recent trip to Brazil where he covered the election in which far-right, Jair Bolsonaro came into power in October 2018. "There’s something so naive about taking photos when you’re younger. Recently I find myself photographing in my head at my own standard which means I'll completely dismiss shots that I think aren’t going to work. But when you’re younger you take that shot, whether it’s on film or digital and maybe it'll look good, maybe it won’t. But I think the older you get with photography the more you’re looking for that one thing so it’s important to loosen up.” - Finn Travers  Finn has been taking photos since way before I met him over a decade ago. From the early hours of festival mornings to adventures far off the beaten track in places like Georgia - he seems to always have a camera with him and manages to capture very unique and intriguing situations.
