Dana Adams is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina who began her mental health journey in 2012, not as a therapist, but as a client. Sitting on the couch first as a client shaped the way she now holds space for others, bringing empathy, and authenticity into her work. What started as a desire to become a better mentor quickly grew into a deeper purpose and meaningful career in counseling. Today, Dana operates her own private practice, Wellness and Growth. She combines professional training with lived experience to create a space where clients are invited into presence, curiosity, and growth.
