গ্লোবাল রাইট্স ইনডেক্স ২০২২- এরমতে শ্রমিকদের অধিকার পূরনে খারাপ অবস্থানের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশ বিশ্বের ১০ টি দেশের মধ্যে অন্যতম । আমাদের দেশে 'ন্যূনতম মজুরির' নামে শ্রমিকদেরকে জীবনযাত্রার একটি নির্দিষ্ট মান বেধে দেয়া হয় যা থেকে জীবনমান উন্নত করতে পারবে না। গত ২০২১ সালে কমপক্ষে ৬ জন শ্রমিককে গুলি করে পুলিশ বাহিনী হত্যা করে কারন তারা তাদের ন্যয্য অধিকার নিয়ে আন্দোলনরত ছিলেন। শ্রমিকদের অধিকার আদায়ে আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রম সংস্থা কাজ করছে। ১লা মে আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রমিক দিবস হিসাবে পালন করা হয় । তথাপি শ্রমিকদের অধিকার পূরণ হয় না। কেউ কেউ মনে করে পুজিবাদী শোষনের অর্থনৈতিক ব্যবস্থা অপসারন করে সাম্যবাদী অর্থনৈতিক ব্যবস্থা বাস্তাবায়ন করলে শ্রমিকদের অধিকার আদায় হবে না। কেউ কেউ মনে করে আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রম সংস্থা ও প্রতিটি রাষ্ট্রের শ্রম আইন সঠিক ভাবে বাস্তাবায়িত থাকলে শ্রমিকরা বর্তমান সমস্যা থেকে বের হয়ে আসবে। আবার অধিকাংশ মানুষ মনে করে যদি ইসলামিক সমাজ প্রতিষ্ঠা হয় তবে শ্রমিকরা তাদের ন্যয্য অধিকার পাবে। এই প্রেক্ষিতেই আজকের আড্ডা।--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/the-shepherd5/message

The current capitalist world celebrates May Day every year to express its so-called soft heart in order to subjugate the workers' revolution. The reality is that the situation of workers' oppression, injustice, risky working environment, very low wages etc remain constant as the core principle of capitalism is 'the profit maximization'. Only Islamic rulling system can resolve the problem from the roots for it's core shahriyah principle.

১৪৪৪ হিজরীতে রমজানের দাবী; মুসলিমরা কিভাবে পুজিবাদী শাসনব্যবস্থা ও দালাল শাসকবর্গের জুলুম, নির্যাতন থেকে মুক্ত হয়ে এক উম্মাহতে পরিনত হতে পারে।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমরা রমজান মাস অতিক্রম করছি। রমজান মাস আমাদের জন্য রহমত,মাগফেরাত ও নাজাতের মাস হিসাবে আবির্ভূত হয়েছে। রমজান মাস কুরআন নাজিলের মাস। সাহাবীগন রমজান কিভাবে পালন করেছেন, আমরা কিভাবে রমজান পালন করছি তা আমাদেরকে তুলনা করে দেখতে হবে। পৃথিবীর মোজ গরীব জনসংখ্যার ৫০ ভাগই হচ্ছে মুসলিম অথচ তাদেও আছে পৃথিবীর ৭০% প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদ। ১৪০ জনে ১ জন মুসলিম আজ উদ্বাস্তু । রমজান ১৪৪৪ হিজরী আমাদের কাছে কি দাবী রাখে। মুসলিম বিশ্বের বাস্তবতা, ও মুসলিমদের উপর জুলুম, নির্যাতন থেকে মুক্তির উপায় কি? কিভাবে আল কুদস কে মুক্ত করা যায়? কিভাবে মুসলিম উম্মাহকে এক করা যায় ? কিভাবে পুঁজিবাদী ধর্মনিরপেক্ষ শাসনব্যবস্থা ও দালাল শাসকবর্গ থেকে মুক্তি লাভ করা যায় সে বিষয়ে আজকের আড্ডা।

The situation of global ummah during this Ramadan is very pathetic. On one side, the ummah is under huge oppression in many countries such as Rakhaine, Uighur, Kashmir, Yemen, Syria, etc, and on the other side, the ummah is under economic crisis in Muslim countries even though ummah. possess unparallel political, military, and economic strength. So, the solution is to bring back the Islamic system globally.

১৯২৪ সালের ৩রা মার্চ মুসলিম বিশ্বের একক কর্তৃত্ব খিলাফত ব্যবস্থাকে ধ্বংশ করে জাতীয়তাবাদের ভিত্তিতে বর্তমানে ৫০ টিরও বেশি দেশে মুসলিমদেরকে বিভক্ত করা  করেছে। যার বাস্তবতায় কাশ্মিরে মুসলিম নিধন, মায়ানমারে নারী ধর্ষণ ও হত্যা ও তাদেরকে দেশ ত্যাগে বাধ্য করা , ফিলিস্তিনের মুসলিমদেরকে  নিজ দেশে বন্দী করার পরেও বর্তমান বিশ্বের দালাল শাসকেরা তাদের সাহায্যে এগিয়ে আসছে না । তার কারন জাতীয়তাবাদ, দালাল শাসক ও পুজিবাদী শাসনব্যবস্থা। মুসিলমদের সম্মান রক্ষা ও তাদের ঐক্য ফিরিয়ে আনতে প্রয়োজন নবুয়্যাতের আদলে খিলাফত ব্যবস্থার প্রত্যাবর্তন।

Current market price hiking is a concerning issue for people and capitalist economic principles such as taxation, IMF-World Bank prescriptions of privatization, withdrawal of subsidies, increasing energy prices, corruptions, syndication, fiat currency system etc are responsible for the increasing prices and reduction in purchasing power. Only Islamic economic principles assures price stability as it will not follow IMF- WB prescriptions, energy sectors will run under public property, gold based currency system, no taxation in Islam and no corruption will be there for it's God fearing and punishment system.

২৮শে রজব ১৩৪২ হিজরী সনে বৃটেনের ষড়যন্ত্রে ও শতাব্দীর সবচেয়ে নিকৃষ্ট মানুষ মুস্তফা কামালের সহযোগীতায় খিলাফত ধ্বংশ হয়। তখন থেকে আজ পর্যন্ত মুসলিম বিশ্বের বিশেষ করে বাংলাদেশের অর্থনৈতিক দুর্দশার কারন হচ্ছে বর্তমান পুজিবাদী অর্থনৈতিক ব্যবস্থার বাস্তবায়ন ও মুসলিম বিশ্বের শাসকদের পশ্চিমাদের দালালী। স্বনির্ভর ও সার্বভৌম অর্থনীতির জন্য প্রয়োজন খিলাফত রাষ্ট্রের পুনঃপ্রতিষ্টা ।
