Hi everyone! Welcome to the tenth and final episode of this season. In this episode, we discuss how to handle stress. The best way to do this? Catch it before it happens - be proactive. Maintaining a positive mindset throughout the process is important, just as talking to someone about your stress is as well. Be honest with yourself, and pick and choose your battles. Sometimes, you just have to lose and learn. See you around (on Season 2)!

In this episode of 'Insight from the Outside', we will be discuss establishing a routine, especially in light of the pandemic which has altered the lives of many. Two things to remember: drink a glass of water before going to bed and keep something to look forward to at the end of the day.
