You see there are tons of people walking around with money issues. How do I know? Look around you! The rate of poverty is disheartening and is it that we're not a blessed people full of potentials, skills, talents and resources? Nope.

It's that many of us have what I call 'inherited' money issues and this is not popular teaching - I mean we talk about empowerment and finance management and savings and investments and all of that yet keeping up is hard because we're to dealing with the fruits instead of the roots.

And blessed art thou if you get an understanding of this early on and start to work your way out of a poverty cycle you have no business being in (because - 'light of the world' yeah?).

In this episode, I talk about several factors contributing to your money issues and what you can do to start working towards your breakthrough even now. If you're hoping for '5 steps to making a million in 3 days', please DO NOT listen to this, you shall be greatly disappointed but if you're up for real, practical ways to start this PROCESS, knock yourself out!

I remember setting out that Monday morning at 5:00 AM thinking - this would be the last time they'll see me.

I remember sitting in the room of a guest house I could barely afford, thinking of how many pills it would take to end it.

And I remember the phone call that saved my life - not the kind that pats you on the back and gives you a shoulder to cry on but a much-needed wake-up call.

Problems are part of life and to escape them is to escape life itself, especially when we seem to be surrounded by many. Today, I want to be your wake up call. I want to show you why and how to use the problem, the mountain, to your advantage.

I had MAJOR challenges in my own relationship with my parent. For years, we struggled to see eye-to-eye  and then... We got to a breaking point. We were either going forward or nowhere and we were DONE.

Fast forward to one year after a very sour season  - we've become closer than ever! We're constantly joyful and in peace and we enjoy a conflict free relationship. Yes - not ONE problem in a whole year.
